PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

• 1–3 business days: Order confirmation
• 2–5 business days: Ready-to-ship wigs
• 5–15 business days: Pre-made wigs, bundles, lace frontals, lace closures & standard extensions
• 14–30 business days: Custom units, Build-A-Wig & custom color orders

Orders may require up to 30 business days for fulfillment due to production, inventory, or operational needs. Shipping times are based on the delivery method selected at checkout.

ORDER VERIFICATION

For security, all orders require verification. You may receive a request by email or text. Custom orders will not begin production until verification is approved.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
