CLASS POLICIES: All classes must be purchased and secured with the required deposit before scheduling. Classes will be scheduled and held within 14–30 business days after the deposit is received, based on availability.

All class payments and deposits are final and absolutely non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Class deposits and payments may not be refunded due to cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

Class dates are subject to availability and will be confirmed after payment is received.

ORDER/SHIPPING POLICIES

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • 1–3 business days: Order confirmation
  • 2–5 business days: Ready-to-ship wigs
  • 5–15 business days: Pre-made wigs, bundles, lace frontals, lace closures & standard extensions
  • 14–30 business days: Custom units, Build-A-Wig & custom color orders

Orders may require up to 30 business days for fulfillment due to production, inventory, or operational needs. Shipping times are based on the delivery method selected at checkout.

ORDER VERIFICATION

For security, all orders require verification. You may receive a request by email or text. Custom orders will not begin production until verification is approved.
