Processing, Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Please allow the following processing times:

1–3 business days order confirmation
2–5 business days ready-to-ship wigs. 

5–15 business days for pre-made wigs, hair bundles, lace frontals, lace closures, and standard extension products.

14–30 business days for fully custom handmade units and Build-A-Wig orders & custom color orders.

HBJ Collections reserves up to 30 business days to complete and fulfill an order when necessary due to production scheduling, inventory availability, or operational demands. Shipping timeframes are based on the delivery method selected at checkout:

Order Verification Policy

for security and verification purposes HBJ Collections/AtibaHairCareLLC requires all orders to verify identity. You will receive a request via email/text to submit order verification. Custom units will not enter production until verification is approved.

Once your package has been shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), you may track your shipment directly through USPS. For assistance, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
